You returned or asked for a refund on a physical product bought on Amazon.com and received in the US between Sept 5, 2017 and Feb 12, 2026, and you didn't get the refund, got a late or wrong one, or were later wrongly charged for the returned item.
Subclass A: paid automatically from 92.7% of the net fund. Members pick a payment method on the site within 105 days after final approval.
Subclass B: shares 7.3% of the net fund and must file a claim showing it is more likely than not they qualify.
Payments are proportional to the unpaid transaction amounts plus potential prejudgment interest, after fees and costs. Someone in both subclasses can be paid from both funds in one payment.
Subclass B claims must be filed online or postmarked by December 1, 2026. The court's final approval hearing is March 16, 2027.
