The class covers natural persons in the US who used any website, app or service made available by or through GoodRx before April 20, 2024, including GoodRx Gold, HeyDoctor and GoodRx Care.
Plaintiffs allege that from at least 2017 to 2020 GoodRx disclosed users' personal and health information to companies including Criteo, Meta and Google through pixels and SDKs. GoodRx and Criteo deny the claims. The case against Meta and Google continues separately.
Each approved claimant gets an equal share after court-approved fees and costs. Class counsel will ask for up to one-third of the fund in fees. The per-person amount isn't known yet.
