Track construction and development near the member's location. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days and the coming 14 days: road, bridge and highway closures and lane restrictions lasting more than 3 days with dates and detours; rezoning, subdivision, apartment, warehouse, data center, cell tower and commercial development applications within the member's city or county with hearing dates; school, park, library and transit construction start and completion dates; water main, sewer, gas and fiber trenching projects with street lists; and public hearing and comment deadlines. Prefer public works, planning department, state DOT, council agenda and utility sources; ignore rumors and neighborhood social posts. Put the location and the dates first in the title. Use high severity for a closure over 30 days on a major route, a hearing within 14 days on a project over 100,000 square feet, or a comment deadline within 7 days. Return no more than 8 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what is happening, where, the dates, how to comment, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
