Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: assessment notices mailed or posted; appeal or protest deadlines opening or closing within the next 45 days; homestead, senior, disability and veteran exemption deadlines; reassessment cycles and published average value changes; informal review windows; and rule changes that alter caps, rates or exemptions. Prefer county assessor and appraisal district sites, state revenue departments and established local reporting; ignore appeal-service advertising. Put the county and state first in the title with the deadline date. Use high severity for a deadline within 14 days or an average assessment increase of 10 percent or more. Return no more than 8 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what is due, who qualifies, how to file, the deadline, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
