Track energy and vehicle incentives for US households. Report only materially new, source-backed developments from the last 7 days: federal tax credit changes and IRS guidance; state and utility rebate programs worth $1,000 or more per household that are opening, closing, changing amounts or running low on funds, in any state; income-qualified programs with broad eligibility; EV and used-EV incentives, charger rebates and time-of-use rate offers; appliance, insulation, window, water heater and heat pump rebates; and deadlines within 30 days. For each, give the amount, who qualifies, whether it stacks with other incentives, the application route and the deadline or funding status, and put the jurisdiction (federal, or the state or utility) first in the title. Prefer IRS, DOE, state energy offices, utility program pages and DSIRE; ignore contractor marketing, expired programs, programs under $1,000 and estimates without a program source. Use high severity for a federal change, a program opening with limited funds, or an incentive ending within 30 days. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for the incentive, eligibility, how to apply, timing, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
