Amazon pauses use of carrier 21 Air after Miami Prime Air crash

Amazon closes £4.242 billion sterling note offering
Amazon completed a multi‑tranche sterling‑denominated debt sale on Sept. 14, issuing four series of senior notes maturing 2029, 2032, 2038 and 2045 with coupons of 5.200%–6.650% and raising an aggregate public offering price of £4.242 billion (net proceeds ~£4.235 billion). The notes were issued under an existing indenture and registered on the company’s Form S‑3 shelf, diversifying Amazon’s debt profile in UK markets.
