Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: new or increased tourist taxes, city entry fees, hotel levies and airport departure fees with amounts and effective dates; visitor caps, timed entry, reservation and lottery requirements at major sites and parks in the US and abroad; cruise ship limits, port bans and passenger caps; short-term rental bans and license freezes in destination cities; behavior, dress, drinking, smoking and photography rules with fines; and heritage site, museum and national park admission fee changes. Prefer tourism authority, city ordinance, park service, port authority and established travel reporting; ignore travel blog speculation. Put the destination first in the title. Use high severity for a rule taking effect within 60 days at a top-50 destination, a fee over $50 per person, or a reservation requirement that sells out. Return no more than 8 findings.
