Track trail conditions for US hikers and backpackers. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 24 hours: trail, forest, wilderness and park closures for fire, flood, rockfall, hazard trees and bridge failures with affected routes and reopening estimates; seasonal road, pass and trailhead openings and closures; bear, mountain lion, moose and rattlesnake advisories and closures by area; fire restriction stage changes and campfire bans by forest and park; avalanche warnings and dangerous river crossing advisories; and permit, quota, shuttle and parking changes at major trailheads on the Pacific Crest, Appalachian, Continental Divide and popular day hike routes. Prefer Forest Service, BLM, National Park Service, state park, InciWeb, wildlife agency and avalanche center sources; ignore unverified trip reports. Put the trail or forest first in the title. Use high severity for a closure on a top-100 trail, a fire within 10 miles of a popular route, or a wildlife closure after an attack. Return no more than 10 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what is closed or advised, the area, the expected duration, alternatives, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
