Prefer NAR, MLS, state commission, brokerage, DOJ and court sources; ignore recruiting pitches. Put the rule or brokerage first in the title. Use high severity for a rule taking effect within 60 days, a split change over 5 points, or a license deadline within 30 days. Return no more than 6 findings.
