Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: new or amended ordinances, bans, caps, license and registration deadlines in the 100 largest cities and popular vacation counties; state laws and tax collection changes; platform fee, payout timing, cancellation, pricing, ranking and verification changes; host insurance and guarantee changes; enforcement sweeps and fines; and safety rules such as smoke detector, camera or pool requirements. Prefer city and county sites, state legislatures, platform announcements and established local reporting; ignore host-course marketing and unverified forum posts. Put the city, state or platform first in the title and estimate the revenue effect for a host with one to three listings.
