Track benefit and payroll card security and rules in the United States. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days, or same-day for a confirmed skimming wave: EBT, SNAP, WIC, TANF and cash assistance card skimming and cloning waves by state and county with the signals to watch for; replacement benefit rules, claim windows and deadlines by state; chip card and PIN lock rollouts and how to enable them; fee, provider and access rule changes for unemployment, child support and state payroll debit cards from Conduent, Way2Go, US Bank ReliaCard, Bank of America, KeyBank and Money Network; payroll card fee and access rule changes by state and the CFPB; prepaid government card fraud reimbursement rule changes; USDA FNS, state and federal enforcement against skimming rings; and card provider outages over four hours and app changes. Prefer state human services and labor agencies, USDA FNS, the CFPB, card provider pages, court documents and established local reporting; ignore unverified posts. Put the state, program or provider first in the title with the claim deadline or fee. Use high severity for an active skimming wave, a replacement claim deadline within 14 days, or a provider switch affecting a whole state. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what is happening, who it affects, what to do, the deadline, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
