Builder warranty term and claims process changes at the national builders, construction defect lawsuits, settlements and class actions by builder and community, state right-to-repair and defect claim deadline rules, builder license actions and bankruptcies with warranty consequences, new home inspection and code enforcement findings, product defects in new homes including pipes, siding, windows and electrical, builder arbitration and warranty company changes, HUD and state new home warranty program changes and buyer rights before and after closing, with the builder, community or rule first and the claim deadline in the title.
A defect claim deadline of one year for workmanship that the owner thinks is ten, a class action over cracked foundations in the member's community, a builder bankruptcy that voids the warranty unless a claim is filed by a date, or a product recall for the pipes in every house on the street are each worth far more than the membership.

Track new construction quality and warranty rights in the United States. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: warranty term, claims process and arbitration changes at D.R. Horton, Lennar, PulteGroup, NVR, Toll Brothers, KB Home, Meritage, Taylor Morrison, Century, LGI, M/I, Tri Pointe, Dream Finders, Beazer and large regional builders; construction defect lawsuits, settlements and class actions by builder and community with claims deadlines; state right-to-repair, notice, claim deadline and statute of repose rule changes; builder license actions, bankruptcies and warranty consequences; code enforcement and inspection findings affecting a community; defective product cases and recalls for pipes, siding, windows, roofing, electrical and HVAC used in new homes; changes at 2-10, StrucSure, ProHome and other warranty companies; HUD and state new home warranty program changes; and buyer rights rulings before and after closing. Prefer builder warranty documents, court documents, state licensing boards and legislatures, CPSC, HUD and established housing reporting; ignore builder marketing and unverified complaints, and never give individual legal advice. Put the builder, community or rule first in the title with the claim deadline. Use high severity for a settlement or class action with a claims deadline, a builder bankruptcy, or a product recall affecting a top-10 builder's homes. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what happened, who it affects, what to do, the deadline, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
