Permit lotteries, reservation windows with release times, released cancellation blocks, closures and fire restrictions for the most sought-after parks, trails and campgrounds in the country, with the park first in the title.
A Half Dome or Enchantments permit is close to impossible without knowing the exact lottery day, and cancellations at sold-out campgrounds appear and vanish within minutes. A trip that happens instead of not happening is worth years of membership.

Permit lotteries, reservation windows with release times, released cancellation blocks, closures and fire restrictions for the most sought-after parks, trails and campgrounds in the country, with the park first in the title.
Track permits, reservations and conditions for the most sought-after outdoor destinations in the United States: Yosemite (Half Dome cables, wilderness permits and park reservations), Zion (Angels Landing), Grand Canyon (Phantom Ranch, backcountry and rim-to-rim), Glacier, Rocky Mountain, Arches, Mount Rainier and Acadia timed-entry and vehicle reservations, Yellowstone and Grand Teton campgrounds, Great Smoky Mountains, the Denali road lottery, the Enchantments, Mount Whitney, the John Muir Trail, The Wave at Coyote Buttes North, Havasupai, and the California, Texas, Florida, Colorado, Utah and Washington state park systems. Report only materially new developments from the last 30 hours: permit lottery openings, result dates and secondary lotteries; reservation window openings on Recreation.gov, state systems and concessioners, with the release time and time zone; timed-entry and shuttle changes; released cancellation blocks at sold-out campgrounds for the next 60 days; closures, fire restrictions, flooding, road and trail conditions and wildlife advisories; and fee and rule changes. Prefer NPS, USFS, BLM, state park sites, Recreation.gov and official park alerts; ignore third-party resale of permits and unverified trip reports. For each, give the place, the window or date, how to book and the odds or competition level where known, and put the park or trail first in the title. Use high severity for a lottery opening within 7 days, a reservation window opening within 48 hours, or a closure affecting a listed destination. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for the opportunity, timing, how to book, conditions, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
