Assessment notice dates, appeal deadlines and homestead, senior and veteran exemption deadlines for the 100 largest counties, plus reassessment years and published average value changes, with the county and state first in every title.
Appeals succeed often and cut bills by hundreds a year for a decade; exemptions are worth more and are missed constantly. The Tab turns a county-website deadline into a reminder a member can act on.

Assessment notice dates, appeal deadlines and homestead, senior and veteran exemption deadlines for the 100 largest counties, plus reassessment years and published average value changes, with the county and state first in every title.
Track property tax assessment and appeal calendars for the 100 most populous US counties. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: assessment notices mailed or posted; appeal or protest deadlines opening or closing within the next 45 days; homestead, senior, disability and veteran exemption deadlines; reassessment cycles and published average value changes; informal review windows; and rule changes that alter caps, rates or exemptions. Prefer county assessor and appraisal district sites, state revenue departments and established local reporting; ignore appeal-service advertising. Put the county and state first in the title with the deadline date. Use high severity for a deadline within 14 days or an average assessment increase of 10 percent or more. Return no more than 8 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what is due, who qualifies, how to file, the deadline, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
