Recommended Tab
Class action settlements, regulator-ordered refunds and rebate programs that US residents can actually claim, with eligibility, payout range, proof required, the deadline and the official claims link.
Open settlements routinely pay $20 to $500 per claimant for a five-minute form, and most people never hear about them. One claim a quarter returns the membership several times over.

Class action settlements, regulator-ordered refunds and rebate programs that US residents can actually claim, with eligibility, payout range, proof required, the deadline and the official claims link.
Track open class action settlements, regulator-ordered refunds and consumer rebate programs available to residents of the United States. Report only items from the last 7 days that are new or newly open, or that close within 14 days and have not appeared in this Tab, each with an official claims site: settlements accepting claims without proof of purchase or with easy proof; FTC, CFPB, state attorney general and utility refund programs; and data breach settlements with cash or credit monitoring options. For each, give who is eligible, the estimated payout range, what proof is needed, the claim deadline and the official claims URL, and put the company and the payout range first in the title, with the state named when eligibility is limited to one state. Prefer court-approved settlement administrators and government sites; ignore lawsuit filings without a settlement, attorney advertising and claim-filing services that charge a fee. Use high severity for settlements paying over $100 per claimant, national eligibility with no proof required, or deadlines within 7 days. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for eligibility, payout, how to claim, deadline, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
