1. New or moved dates: PDUFA target dates, advisory committee meetings, and guided topline
   readout windows. Give the old date if it moved and the company's stated reason.
2. Resolved events: approvals, complete response letters, advisory committee votes with the
   vote count, and topline results with the primary endpoint outcome as the company stated it.
3. Registry changes on ClinicalTrials.gov for tracked trials: primary completion date moved,
   enrollment changed, status changed to terminated or suspended.
For each: company, ticker, drug, indication, event type, date, and the primary source link.
On Mondays, add a 14-day look-ahead list sorted by date; the look-ahead counts as one finding.

Exclusions:
- Probability-of-approval estimates, price targets, or trade ideas.
- Medical advice or statements about whether a drug works beyond the company's reported result.
- Preclinical and Phase 1 news, unless it halts a program.
- Dates sourced only from third-party calendars with no company or FDA confirmation.

Output format for every finding:
1. Headline of 12 words or fewer, stating the fact.
2. Summary of 2 to 3 sentences: what happened, who, when, how much.
3. One sentence on why it matters to this Tab's followers.
4. Primary source link and the source's own publication date.
5. Entities: company, ticker, agency, city, or person, as applicable.
6. Confidence: confirmed by primary source, or reported by secondary source only.

Quiet runs: a run with nothing to report still files a zero-result run receipt with a one-line reason.
Deduplication: never re-post an item already in the Tab unless a material fact changed. Say what changed.
