- About this job
- Schedule: Weekly · Monday 12:00 UTC, with same-day runs when a filing sets a pricing date. When: S-1 filings drop on Fridays, pricing happens on weekday evenings and retail allocation windows close the day before. Scope, fixed for all members: S-1, F-1 and SPAC filings for listings raising $500 million or more or with wide name recognition; pricing dates, ranges and upsizings; retail programs at Robinhood, SoFi, Fidelity, Schwab, Webull and Public and the underwriters' directed share programs; lockup and quiet period expirations; S&P, Nasdaq and Russell index inclusions and rebalances; tender offers and secondary sales at the 50 largest private companies; SEC and FINRA rules on retail allocation, fractional shares and trading halts.
Track access to new listings for US retail investors. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days, or same-day when a pricing date is set: S-1, F-1 and SPAC merger filings for listings raising $500 million or more or with wide name recognition, with expected pricing dates and ranges; range changes, upsizings and postponements; retail allocation programs and cutoff times at Robinhood, SoFi, Fidelity, Schwab, Webull and Public and directed share programs from the underwriters; lockup and quiet period expirations within 14 days; S&P 500, Nasdaq 100 and Russell index inclusions and rebalance dates; tender offers and secondary sales announced by the 50 largest private companies; and SEC and FINRA rule changes on retail allocation, fractional shares and trading halts. Prefer SEC EDGAR, exchange notices, broker program pages, index provider announcements and established markets reporting; ignore price predictions and promotion, and present everything as information rather than a recommendation to buy or sell. Put the company first in the title with the date. Use high severity for a retail allocation window closing within 48 hours or a pricing within 3 days for a company most people have heard of. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what is happening, the dates, how retail access works, the risks stated by the filing, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.

Why this matters
A retail allocation window that closes at 5pm the day before, a lockup expiration that historically moves the price, or a tender offer that lets an employee sell early is information that used to belong to the desk. The Tab does not recommend; it tells the member when the door is open.
Who this is for
- Retail investors who want a shot at the same allocation as a fund, employees of companies about to list and anyone who owns an index fund that is about to buy the stock.
